Geared specifically toward individuals who thrive on an athletic lifestyle, yoga will teach you to bring mindfulness to your movements while subsequently toning, stretching and maximizing your cardiovascular fitness. Adding yoga to your routine enhances overall performance in daily living as well as your extracurricular activities. This is an all levels course that can be catered to your specific needs!
