LACTATE THRESHOLD TESTING
The LT test is an incremental stage test on a bike trainer utilizing simple finger pricks for blood lactate analysis. This test provides the athlete with information about their optimal race pace for continuous efforts (think 10k run or 40k TT on bike) and can be used to more accurately determine heart rate training zones.
BODY COMPOSITION TESTING (SKINFOLD)
Skinfold Testing is a procedure used to determine body fat percentage. This test provides information to the athlete that can be used when taking a deeper look at training and nutrition.
Spin Scan is key to analyze your pedaling efficiency with pinpoint accuracy. This test measures the direct torque exerted on the pedal at every angle of its rotation, allowing for precise rider analysis. The more efficient you are, the faster you can be. We also provide drills and training tips based on your Spin Scan results.
