Proper cycling form can increase performance. The first step in obtaining proper form is to ensure your legs are aligned on your bike properly. Pressure on the inside or outside of the foot, knee pain, hip pain, limited range of motion, and even saddle discomfort could all be related to improper leg alignment.
Aligning the legs bio-mechanics will provide more power, help prevent injury, and make you more comfortable. The results of your cleat fitting will also determine your proper seat position and bar position. In addition to cleat fitting, at 90+ we also evaluate your pedal stroke to make sure your leg mechanics are fully engaged to determine weak spots that can affect your performance.
Cleat Fittings are by appointment and take about 1 - 1.5 hrs, $100
