The 90+ Outdoor Program is a realistic, on the road, experience. We ride different courses evaluating each rider. Our small classes allow us to teach each cyclist about taking hills, shifting correctly, and becoming a stronger more confident rider based on personal skill levels. For more advanced riders, we focus on a higher level of training using intervals and other techniques to develop a competitive athlete for a winning time.
Whether you are training for your first event or trying to push your training to a new level, we have instructors and programs to accommodate all skill levels during each class.
DYNAMIC CROSS TRAINING
90+ Dynamic Cross Training is perfect for cyclists, triathletes, and runners. Our program not only creates stability and muscle balance, but will improve neuromuscular coordination and strength. What does that mean? You will become stronger, faster, and better able to prevent injuries throughout the year.
90+ cross training is not a one size fits all program or boot camp rebranded. Every person will be individually assessed throughout the workouts, adjusting exercises, sets, and reps when necessary to help them get the most out of the workout. In addition, our program is adjusted throughout the year, taking typical race season into account, to provide you the right intensity and movements to push you to peak performance. CLASS SCHEDULE
Interested in merging cardio, strength and flexibility into one 60 minute block? A Power flow yoga class is calling you! Geared specifically toward individuals who thrive on an athletic lifestyle, yoga will teach you to bring mindfulness to your movements while subsequently toning, stretching and maximizing your cardiovascular fitness. Adding yoga to your routine enhances overall performance in daily living as well as your extracurricular activities. This is an all levels course that can be catered to your specific needs! Additional props will be provided.
The 90+ Indoor Program is a carefully crafted training regimen to develop any rider's cycling skills and fitness. This is not a spin class! The 90+ Program will improve your pedal cadence (rpm), speed, power, riding technique, and start to build a new level of fitness while riding your bike. We go beyond hill intervals and one leg drills, helping our athletes understand and develop more strength and endurance through pedal performance and technique. Whether you are training for your first triathlon, bike race, or working to improve your performance for your next event, the 90+ Indoor Class is the perfect training program for athletes of all levels.
